Phillip graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Simon Fraser University, a Diploma in Environmental Health from BCIT, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Victoria Law School where he received the Professor Jim Ellis Memorial Prize in International Business and Trade Law.
Phillip articled at one of the premier law firms in Vancouver, then worked a few years at smaller law firms in Vancouver and Burnaby, where he developed a liking for small firms and the flexibility they allow. This resulted in Phillip opening his own firm of Lundrie & Company in 1994.
Phillip has extensive experience in corporate matters, business transactions, real estate and business acquisitions, financing and civil litigation matters through over 25 years as a lawyer.

Josephine Chen

Josephine joined Lundrie & Company in 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.BA.) from Simon Fraser University and a juris doctor degree (J.D.) from the University of British Columbia. She has received numerous awards including Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP A.J. McClean Prize in Trusts, Louis F Lindholm Q C Prize in Maritime Law, and Thorsteinssons Prize in Taxation, as well as membership of the Golden Key Honour Society for ranking at top 15% of the faculty. She was called to the Bar in 2008 and worked at a downtown Vancouver law firm prior to joining Lundrie & Company.

Todd S. Brayer

Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hon.) from the University of British Columbia, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Todd articled at a tax litigation firm in the Lower Mainland before joining Lundrie & Company in 2014 as an associate lawyer practicing civil litigation.
Through years of specializing in litigation, Todd has gained extensive court room experience including multi-day trials and applications before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, the (Federal) Tax Court, the Tax Appeals Court, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals including the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the (Canadian) Social Security Tribunal, and the Residential Tenancy Board.

Mimi Chang

Mimi Chang joined Lundrie & Company in 2008.
Mimi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from the University of British Columbia. After graduating as the top student of her B.Com. specialization, she joined ASE (Advanced Semiconductor Engineering) group and Maersk group as a logistics strategy analyst before she started law school.
Mimi was called to the Bar in the state of New York in 2007 and then in BC in 2010. She is currently based in Taipei and provides legal services for clients in the Greater China region.
